Looking for a dynamic speaker? MotherWise offers a variety of speakers and topics for most any event. Denise, Pam, Jenni, Carol, Debbie, and Diane minister to women though brunches, teas, dinners, retreats, and conferences.
Denise Glenn began the MotherWise ministry in 1981 when she had three preschoolers. From a prayer time with one other mom, this ministry has grown to include women from all across America and several foreign countries. Denise has been featured on radio and television shows around the country and is a sought-after speaker nationally for women’s conferences, meetings and retreats.
Pam Griner serves as the for MotherWise as well as the editor for the MotherWise E-Newletter. Pam graduated from Georgia Southern University with Bachelors, Masters, and Specialist degrees in Education. While helping other women establish MotherWise groups, Pam also teaches a Sunday School class for ladies of all ages and leads a mid-week Bible study at First Baptist Brunswick, her home church.
Jenni McCollum currently serves on the Board of Directors for MotherWise International Ministries. She also teaches Young Marrieds in her home church, Second Baptist, in Houston, Texas. Jenni has been involved with Women’s ministry for several years in different areas, from starting new ministries to teaching weekly women’s Bible studies. One of the many biblical studies she taught was Freedom for Mother’s at Hinsdale Baptist Church through the “Women of Hope” women’s ministry.
Carol Townsend currently serves as a MotherWise leader and is a Bible study teacher for the Married Department at her home church, Second Baptist in Houston. She is also a member of the Board of Directors for MotherWise. She recently taught MotherWise and a “walk through the Bible” series for her neighbors in her home.
Debbie Ward serves as the MotherWise Global Prayer Network Mobilizer, but wears many other “hats” in the ministry as needed. She also represents MotherWise by speaking for various events. Debbie and her husband, Steve, lead on-going FatherWise and MotherWise classes in their church, Houston Northwest Baptist Church, and Debbie will be leading a MotherWise group in her home this fall.
Diane Daniel is the Mid-South Regional Representative for MotherWise. She has lead break out sessions at MotherWise National conventions in Atlanta, GA and San Antonio, TX, and will be a contributing editor for the LeaderWise Newsletter in 2007. God gave Diane a heart for missions when she was a young girl.
MotherWise is also excited to offer a team approach to speaking. In addition to a keynote speaker, we are able to provide a team of knowledgeable and vibrant small group speakers for your conference or retreat. When your church decides to host a MotherWise conference, choose a theme, plan the event and MotherWise will provide speakers for the general sessions and small groups. The host church is responsible for travel, lodging, and meals for the keynote and breakout speakers. There is also an honorarium for the keynote speaker.
